General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Re: Favicon in Joomla 5

I saved a ton of time using your info. Plus I found and used a free converter online to convert svg files into ico files. Then I downloaded the converted new ico and svg into the paths stated here. Things work now. Once J 5.1.1 updated over J 5.1.0 I had to do it all over again. Where to put these to stop being overwritten by J updates?
