Many thanks.
I see this message in the Update section. Should I do anything about this ?
The PHP temporary folder is not set.
The PHP temporary folder is the folder that PHP uses to store an uploaded file before Joomla can access this file. Whilst the folder not being set isn't always a problem, if you are having issues with manifest files not being detected or uploaded files not being detected, setting this in your php.ini file might fix the issue.
I will also check what extensions there are then update them first.

Our hosting support just sent me this
I can replicate the issue at https://lonnielee.com/2014/. I have enabled Display Errors from cPanel > Select PHP Version > Options so, it shows a detailed error now.
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "MB_OVERLOAD_STRING"
I have also tried the PHP 8.x version as well as PHP v7.x but the issue persists. I have checked for the solution to this issue over the web and found the following posts for a workaround. You may be required to login to Joomla Admin and update it to the latest version and re-install the Joomla core files from the update package. Please refer to the workaround in the following posts:

I also see this is the only Extension that says to Update.. Would that be correct if that is the only one listed?
